Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Products must be returned in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation.
Items that are damaged, used, or altered (not due to our error) may not be eligible.

Return Process
Contact support@tef-ecommerce.com with your order number and reason for return.
Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product). Use a trackable shipping service and consider shipping insurance.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Partial refunds may apply for items returned damaged or missing components.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

Then contact your payment provider as refunds may take time to post.
