Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation.

Return Process

  1. Contact support@tef-ecommerce.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product). Use a trackable shipping service and consider shipping insurance.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
